꩜ Any information exchanged in the course of the commission (personal details, references, drafts, written communication, and anything embedded in the deliverables that is not intended for public release) is treated as confidential by both parties.2. Payment
꩜ Total price that $10 or less, full payment is required upfront.
꩜ total price that above $10, 50% down payment first before sketch and the rest is after the finish product (or you can just pay full upfront) Let me know in your request form.3. Refund

꩜ Physical Commercial use: merchandise, prints, stickers, posters, and any other physical product sold or distributed. Fee: 100% of listing price.
꩜ Digital Commercial use: merchandise, prints, stickers, posters, and any other physical product sold or distributed. Fee: 50% of listing price.
꩜ If you plan to post, kindly make sure to give credit. You may tag me on that social if you'd like though it's entirely up to you :35. Updates, Delivery and TAT
꩜ YCH services take 2-5 days.
꩜ Custom services might take 3 - 14 days.
꩜ BUT NOTE THAT It still depends on the complexity of the request and our availability to respond to and review the feedback provided at each stage of the progress updates.
